2007 Lexus RX 350

At least that's what I think it is.
Unless it is a mule for the all new model due in a couple of years.

We can't tell much from these bad pictures where all the planned changes are coverd up..
So I guess we can expect new lights all around, with bumpers and grill changes as well. The usual "facelift".
On top of the new 3.5 Liter V6.

But if I remember right (maybe I don't), the RX came out a year after the Highlander. And the Highlander is new for 2007.
Would they modify the RX for 2007 and have an all new one in 2008????

I think RX300 came first, then Higlander.

Yes, the RX300 came out in Summer 1999 and the Highlander in Spring/Summer 2000 as a 2001 model. But the RX3301 came in Late 2003 as a 2004 model. That means as usual Toyota product season changes that the Highlander should be redsigned in 2007 but the RX350 should come a few months after the Highlander. Though I wonder about Toyota would do for the Highlander Hybrid and the RX400h.

Where are these pics originated from! Cause I sure don't like the yellow tape and stuff like that.

Yes the RX330 came out in the Summer of 2003 as a 2004. The RX is built on the same platform as the Sienna but in different factories. The Sienna is also expected to get the 3.5 engine next Fall (07) also.

I don't think this is the revised RX!!! I think it is a disguise for the new Highlander that's coming out next year. They'reprobably testing the chassis and stuff.

Then why not use the Highlander as the body shell?

Both the Highlander and RX330 successor are growing in size in order to compete with the SUVs from Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, and Infiniti.

the current body shell mite not be suitable
