with a move like this, I can't imagine that its impossible to do at least SOME damage to the brand-perception of Buick in China.....right???

Good point. The Chinese make plenty of money off everyone else selling crap, so why not let the U.S. sell our junk to them?

I think thats the old model GL8. I've seen shots of an extensively restyled version.

Picture at the bottom. That has the new style nose. Compare the headlight shape.

As a GM employee I think is dumb on GM's part. But it's also funny as hell.

Its probably a better vehicle than Buick ever sold here. I bet the interior is nicer and they are using their modern V6.
