2022 Honda Civic sedan: new photos...

These new pictures of the 2022 Honda Civic actually don't show us more than what we have seen a few weeks ago (HERE)
As we have mentioned before, the new generation seems a bit more grown-up. Which usually means a cleaner design. But also less personality.

I am more curious to see how the hatchback will turn out. Since it has been looking pretty good in spy shots and illustrations so far.

So far so... OK?

This looks like someone punched its nose in?

Is it just me, or do those headlights look like the ones Chrysler used on the Cirrus and their Minivans in the Mid-90s?

Definitely more "grown up" looking. I like it. The Accord has gotten too big for my tastes (I've owned three). If Honda hadn't gotten so turbo & CVT happy, I would absolutely have taken a look at this.

Looks vanilla. There better be an improvement to power and handling to make up for it.

Obviously it is more conservatively styled than before, but is shaping up to be a genuinely attractive car.

I'll take boring, but good looking over that creases and accent lines and bulges for no reason look, they have had for the last 10 years.

It looks like the current low-energy-looking Subaru Impreza.

The new Civic has got such a static and unfashionable look. I am disappointed.

I swear Honda flips between good-looking and bad-looking generations on the Accord and Civic. It's like there's an A team and a B team constantly at work on the next versions. This certainly seems like the B team at work!

So far looks pretty boring to me - more like a jetta which is not good. just bought my son a civic sport and like to design better. regardless it will sell well.
