That’s right. Someone actually spent some money trying to pass their Chevy pick up truck for a Cadillac.
I guess it’s not that hard, since you can just get an older Escalade front end and a few logos.

Believe it or not, I have actually seen this a couple times! Each time, I realize how much the 2nd Gen Escalade and the 2003-2006 had in common with their blocky front ends.

These aren't all that uncommon. I'm pretty sure I've seen conversion kits advertised in magazines before.
In my opinion it looks a lot better than the Silverado did at the end of this truck's run. I would've probably left the Cadillac emblems off and gone with an aftermarket grill on top of the Caddy front end, though (that is if I could find one that didn't look super cheap).
Its always fun to drive a car they never actually made.
