2014 Infiniti QX60

Last Updated:

Pretty much the 2013 JX with a new name.
And with a new option; Hybrid!

Unlike the M Hybrid, this uses a smaller 2.5 Liter engine. For a total of 250hp. Which is almost as much as the
3.5 Liter V6.
We might see this in the Pathfinder sometime next year. Since both cars are related.
And they are still talking about an Altima Hybrid.

  1. You'd think they might do more to visually distinguish it from the JX.. but I guess after one model year it's a bit early to alter too much. I wonder if they will offer replacement "QX60" badges to the JX35 buyers free of charge? Hopefully the EX, FX and M get a somewhat more substantial refresh before becoming Q and QX models.

  2. Nissan (parent company of Infiniti) has lost it big time. The name changing game is hugely stupid. I used to be a big fan. Not anymore.

  3. the name change need not be justified. They decided to have a similarity in all of them . I don't see a problem and it's fully understandable. There need not be any distinction. It is the JX, It's just the new nomenclature. Who cares, It's the great vehicle that sells like crazy that counts.

  4. I'm not sure who the shill is that posted the first and fourth comment, but this is a horsey-looking and unbalanced design that should never have seen the light of day. I haven't seen more than a few on the road, so I can't believe that it's "selling like crazy."
