More pictures of the new range Rover Evoque

They are now talking about a $45 000 price for the US.
Which is expensive.

Although in line for a smaller ranger Rover.
And it does look very modern in person.

A good looking car.

  1. If this car is AWD, then I can still it's worth considering it. I heard it's going to be a FWD, and no way it should be $45K.

  2. I still really like it, but that price creep is worrying. If it's like most European cars, you won't be able to drive one off the lot for less than $55,000.

…. and you should know the typical owner wouldn't care about this because they have more than one vehicle.

Their net worth is likely more than your entire families.

  4. The Ford Roots are a bit too obvious, but still it's a Darn Good-Looking car overall. And $45k for a Range Rover? NO PROBLEM! It's getting into the high end of Explorer & Durango and still less than a comparable Buick Encleve or Jeep Overland; so I think the value argument is definitely made for such a "status statement" machine.

Versus what? It's Indian TATA roots? Having owned British vehicles in the past, believe me, Ford saved this brand from extinction. I do agree, it's a good looking car. Though I'd never pay $45k+ for a vehicle with a 4cyl engine.

You seem not to have a dime. Conclusions of this sort usually come from losers.

  7. WOW, this is one great car to run over your kids or whatever there is behind the car. I know, I know they have that ultrasonic stuff built in the bumper and of course that stuff never fails. Or could it? And why do they put a back window in these cars at all? It would be much more tank-like. Good-looking does not mean practical – and if you really run over something whatever it may be- you might wish you had thought about that in the first place.

I am 27 years old and work for Edward Jones. I own two vehicles and a home in Mclean, VA (look up the area). I am on track to retire by the time I am 50. Sorry to disappoint you….

The reason why I said this is because of the ultra-high net worth families I work with don't care about the reliability of their vehicles because they usually have a backup or two. If they all cared about how reliable their fleet was, they would all be driving a Lexus.
