A really interesting video .
Watch the most expensive GM car ever, being built.

  1. Anyone with half a brain can see this is a performance bargain. Good job GM. Now get back to work on your bread and butter cars.

  2. What an unimpressive and somewhat depressing video. The people manufacturing these cars appear to be unemployable morons. Fat hillbillies wearing shorts, Jack Daniels baseball caps and UAW sweatshirts. I am going to trust Gomer Pyle to feel that the trunklid is “kinda flush” with the body of the car? Compare this to the lab coat culture that you’ll see in a Porsche or even a Hyundai factory. I love the ZR1 and I have always been a fan of the Corvette, but this realization is hugely disappointing. I have no doubt that every one of these cars will sell, guaranteeing the bellies of these disgusting slobs will be full of Bud Light for many years.

  3. This folks is where they build a supercar with economy car parts. same window switches etc… as gms cheapy basement cars…..junk IS junk! you are probably looking at the interior of a future chinese plant, say within 2 years?

  4. Oh ya Oracle, your “can” see the future, there will be no GM soon, you can just feel it, they are lost big time with NO sign of recovery, Cheers have a Xing Tao….

Oh come on! GM has shown that they clearly can, and do, offer some of the best interiors in their newer cars. The Corvette is not one of them. And it should be. However, I have no idea why Chevy would produce such a lousy and unimpressive production video of the ZR1. It’s clear that they have very low standards for their employees. They look like slobs and they sound completely unintelligent. I imagine that that is a result of the UAW.

  6. “I check to see if it’s kinda flush. If it’s kind a flush, off it goes!” Umm, wow. Embarassing, actually. Now, compare with the movie of the Ferrari 599 Fiorano being built. A whole ‘nother world.
