No doubt influenced by the new XF.

Reminds me a bit of the 1976 Aston Martin Lagonda.
…or the Chrysler Concorde.
This isn’t the next Jaguar XJ. But you can tell the XF design direction was on the way before Ian Callum got his hands on it, no?
However, the next full-size flagship from Jaguar will look like a big XF with cooler head + tail lamps.
Pity, though. I like the current model, all it needs is a more spacious and capacious interior and a few more tastefully hidden techno toys.

I love that Jaguar has finally dropped the stale retro theme and is finally coming up with attractive, modern-looking cars. keep ’em coming!
(But be careful to make them different enough from the Aston Martin Rapide…)
Make it just like the raptide except 100K less expensive!!! Jag finally gets its act together and Ford sells them? Strange, I have always heard sell at the top and buy at the bottom! Guess that is why ford doesn’t make money/
