Scion xA Speedster

A pure concept, of course.
But still pretty nice. Even without the crazy stuff added on there like the 2000 TV screens etc…
It would be pretty cool to see something like that, or close to it, actually produced.

Not a totally original idea. This similar Smart Crossblade concept was shown a few years ago…

  1. The Smart Crossblade was actually produced, but sold very poorly since it had no roof or windshield and cost twice as much as a regular Smart. My friend bought a demo-model for half the sticker price, but wears a helmet driving it to prevent his teeth getting knocked out by some stray pebble…

  2. pontiac did a conept like this a few years, back, and lotus had a car like this also, but come to think of smarts have they decided totally against bringing them over?, ive always liked those roadsters

  3. That’s amazing. I had no idea the Crossblade made it into production…
I’m not sure about Smart in the US. I keep hearing different things. They are in Canada already.
So is the B Class Mercedes…

  4. A google search should bring up some images of the production version. Almost identical except for some add-on motorcycle type fenders and production wheels. I doubt Smart will come to the States since the exchange rates would make them pretty expensive. Over 20k euros for the roadster with a 3 cylinder 82 hp engine…
