2006 Seat Leon

Another amazing looking compact car, the all new Seat Leon.
The VW owned spanish brand isn't sold in the US, so guess what!
We'll never see this...

It is based on the Golf/A3 platform, and it looks much better than the other 2.
GM and Ford could take a clue from VW about how to come up with completely different designs for each brand. Even when they use the same mechanical parts.
No Ford 500/Mercury Montego here...

What??

The VW is absolutely boring!!
Remember the design from Seat and Audi is Italian!!!
MR De Silva saved the styling of VW...
Remember the old generation of Passat/ Polo/ Octavia/Bora/Touran etc....
I think the most originaly design iat moment is only French and Italian....i think so....

Bye...

Jokejoe from Italy.

I just mean that VWs don't look like Seats. And Seats don't look like Audis...
I agree that VWs and Audis are pretty boring looking things.
But they still stand as a good example of what you can do when designing different cars on a same platform.
