I think these look like a great update.
Just a little more stylish than the Ford Expedition it seems. Maybe not as heavy looking?

Inside, they finally got rid of the column shifter. There is, of course a big screen.
And I really wish they had integrated it more into the dash. This is one of these “last design” table t that looks like an after market item.
Which is too bad…
It also now has an independent rear suspension. Much more cargo space than before (they claim 66% more than before behind the third row).
You can now get a new 3.0 Duramax Diesel. All engines come with a 10 speed auto.
i have absolutely no such use for such a full size suv, but this Tahoe looks fantastic. Sleek, yet still truckish and manly. The price for a new one here in Vancouver Canada is about $85,000, give or take options, discounts. The real killer is the cost of fuel….most expensive place in north america to fill up is vancouver, Canada….so…$$$$$$$…nope, nope.
The new Tahoe is 7” longer then the current Tahoe. That mean it going be huge! Much improved space wise. Dash layout is very good for the bottom level Chevrolet models. Cannot wait to see the GMC and top of line Escalade.
I agree with you about the tablet screens. I've yet to see one in any vehicle that didn't look like a cheap afterthought. They're ugly.
You do not have to stay at a hotel/motel for sleep at night with a full size SUV like this. But many city it is still illegal to park and sleep in your vehicle! It part of the vagrant statues! You can be arrested and thrown in “jail”. LOL!
