Quite a surprise today. I just didn’t expect it so early.
It does look quite nice and very current. it reminds me a bit of the new Hyundai Venue.
GM has not provided any official specs yet, but this is replacing the Trax.
So I guess this will compete with the HR-V, CX-3 and the Hyundai Kona I just drove.
Vince: the press release and basically every article about this says it is joining the line up BETWEEN the Trax and the Equinox. This is NOT replacing the Trax. Just like the Encore GX announced today is a new model for Buick above the existing Encore.
You are absolutely correct, I had not seen that.
While there is a big gap in price between the Encore and the Envision, only a few 1000s separate the Trax from the Equinox.
A pretty crowded lineup…
