Aston Martin Lagonda Vision Concept

I think for Aston Martin to re-invent Lagonda as an all EV super luxury sub-brand is a great idea.

They claim the first production model will come out in 2021.
With this sedan concept, they are also showing 40% size models of a coupe and SUV.
(Just to make sure people know they are serious about having a full range...)

While this is really quite spectacular and modern looking. I am not sure it is that much nicer than the Lucid EV that is supposed to be coming out next year.
The Lucid also has a great design and high end futuristic interior.
For probably a fraction of that any Lagonda model would cost.

At least, Aston Martin has found an idea to make the Lagonda brand special.
Until everything becomes an EV that is....

Why does this look like an extreme cab-forward version of the Lamborghini Estoque concept? Particularly from the rear.

I was about to say the same, Anonymous #1. The rear is channeling a lot of Lambo.

Maybe I'm growing too old, but rear styling reminds me of that in the Studebaker Avanti. Anyway, I like the overall styling, but HATE that lagOnda badge with the big "O" in the middle. ACK!

I think it’s ugly. I wouldn’t spend that much money on something that looks that hideous! Yikes!

Love it. It reminds me of some of the concepts Syd Mead did for cars back in the 70s. Wedgey, aerodynamic, and sleek.
