Fiat Ottimo Cross “Concept”

Last Updated:

This was also shown at the Shanghai auto show.
The Ottimo is basically a hatchback version of our Dodge Dart for the Chinese market. With its own front end, and a Fiat name.
This raised up version is the equivalent of what VW offers with their Alltrack models.
And it does look really nice. I mean this would make a great version of the Dart. Why not?
It’s not like they would need to design an all new car.

Here is the “regular” version of the Ottimo.

  1. I think Dodge should offer both versions as extensions of the Dart line.

If not for Dodge, then offer them as "Bravo" flagship models under the Fiat brand in the US.

Either way, both versions of this hatchback should come to the US market.

  2. Why doesn't this exist as a Dart hatch here? No worries, the pain of the Caliber is GONE!

  3. I'd think about buying one of these. I drive a Hyundai Elantra GT and like the idea of a 4door hatch. But I really like the beefed up look of this.

  4. This is really nice and should be offered in the US and if any idiots chime in and say hatchbacks don't sell in the US, my head is going to explode!
