2015 Peugeot 508

Last Updated:

The 508 is one of these invisible cars.
I saw a few (very few) while I was in Europe last year. And was actually surprised how bland they look in real life.
It’s almost sad.

The revised front has a much stronger personality, giving the car a more upscale look as well.

One of the last Peugeot models sold in the US, the 505, was pretty much the ancestor of this car.

Here is the current front end design.

  1. Are we sure there wasn't some agreement between Peugeot and Subaru? It looks like they took the new Legacy and modified it a bit and slapped their badge on it.

  2. It's a shame how Peugeot went from having quite a signature front-end style in the 1980s and have since jumped from one Audiesque look to the next Volvoesque one. Though somewhat bland overall, the rest of the body would have made a really nice Chevy Malibu (sort of an evolution from the clean Acura TL-looking model of a few years back).
