2015 Mercedes S-Class Coupe. Official pictures.

I loved last year's concept. And Mercedes has kept the production model really close.
Looks like, again, they offer a sportier looking version as well. (Just like the new C-Class)

But both models come with the same 455HP V8 Turbo.

But you know S-600 V12 and AMG versions are coming soon.
And, for the 1st time, a convertible.

I also wonder how close the next C-Class Coupe will be to this. A smaller version of this design would be quite something against the aging Audi A5.

The rear end design isn't Mercedes at all. Perhaps that's why I like it so much. What do you think, Vince?

I see what you mean.
I guess Mercedes thought it was time for something new. Seems like all their latest designs don't have what we see as the traditional Mercedes look.
I think this car could be quite impressive looking in real life. (like it should be)

I would rather have this than a Bentley Continental if I could afford to be in the market for such a car.

It looks great in some pics. Others, not so great. None of the green pics (is that teal???) look good, that's for sure.

The AMC version will lead the parade lap at the German Grand Prix. It will be the Pacer!

RIP Cadillac.

I love what the European Pedestrian Impact Standards have done to front ends...classic, upright grilles and powerdome hoods. This coupe is one of the more beautiful results of a safety requirement. Nicely done Mercedes!
