Seat might be getting their version of the small VW Up.
And it might be a hybrid as well.
Which means the VW version would also get a hybrid maybe later.

Why would that be a SEAT? I mean there will probably be a SEAT version but the one in the photo looks just like a Volkswagen UP! in a different color from the concept
