Vince Burlapp in Europe

Last Updated:

Just a small gallery of pictures I took while I was in Europe last month.
Some interesting cars when see through American eyes.

I will post a C4 movie later. I got to ride in the car and had my video camera with me, so I though, why not film it and share the joy.

I was pretty impressed by the little Citroen. More later…

  1. These could easily be sold through a string of Nissan dealers that are surrounded by the more affluent areas.
As mentioned before, since France is more towards the right with their new leader, some Americans will
    want to revisit French territory.
    Goshen give the green light!

  2. ugly all of them the lst one looks like something out of the 3rd wolrd i could never go to countrys where you cant drink the water anyway

  3. Why would Nissan sell Citroens? And for the idiot who is afraid of drinking water in France, get a passport and start visiting other countries to try to fight your ignorance.

  4. Douchbag,
It takes a lot of guts to display your ignorance for everyone to see. Get a passport and start travelling, there is life beyond your trailer park

  5. As far as I’m aware, car making in the third world probably isn’t the biggest industry and I doubt they’d have the best resources.

Citroen’s are actually good cars now days and the designs are really quite good. Mind you douchbag, you did say the Fiat 500 looked like it was from the third world so I don’t think your opinions count for much. Basically anything that’s not American is crap, which is ridiculous. The Germans are better at making cars. At least research them before you dismiss them in you infinite ignorance….

Btw..eastern european water is a bit iffy but Albania is actually one of the most interesting places I’ve been to but clearly you’d know all about it seeing as how you’re so well read and educated.

  6. Yay! The Seat León! (third pic) I love the styling of that. It is a huge hit in Spain, as you’d expect, in fact it is single-handedly saving an ailing Seat from disappearing altogether, but I wonder how it is doing in other countries, in Europe and in Latin America. You can buy them in Mexico, actually.
As for the last pic, those are bicycle-taxis that are becoming quite popular in various European cities lately. I first saw them in Berlin, and now there are some in Barcelona, where I live. They are only meant for short trips in urban centres, particularly in old town centres with narrow streets in which motorised traffic is forbidden.

France and the new Citroen C5 are still beautiful regardless of a lousy leader or a few stupid Americans.

We’re starting to see them all over New York also. I don’t know how they work for actual everyday transportation, but the tourists like them.

  9. Was that ‘Communist’ comment directed at me re:albania…because I’m actually Australian…
