Coming soon to the US

Well. in less than 2 years.
And the one we’ll get might just be the “sport” Abarth version.

I think it’s a great idea.
But I am not sure there are enough Mazerati dealers in the US to take care of all customers.

Fiat is rumored to be interested in buying Jaguar and/or Land Rover from Ford. That would provode them with a large dealer network right there.

We’ll see…

  1. They are also going to need a dealer network that can also handle alfa romeo sales. I could see fiat buying land rover, but fiat has enough problems to deal with and jaguar is a mess, and would compete with Maserati which fiat already owns.

  2. Fiat was shaping as a serious bidder for Jaguar and Land Rover until “concerns that a buy-in would damage the Italian carmaker’s credit rating put an end to negotiations.”(www.carsales.com.au)

  3. Rumor has it that Fiat has given up on trying to sell a “Fiat” or “Abarth” in the US and will instead import the upcoming Alfa version of this to sell through Maserati dealers.
