This looks like a one of a kind after market job.
But could this be a new front end for the 2008 Cobalt. (Without all the crazy added stuff)
The small Chevy could also use a new interior, pronto.

This question was brought up on autoblog awhile ago when this car appeared in a chevy commercial, and GM said no… but who knows.
It was a SEMA concept last year. I hope GM high considers refreshing the Cobalt to look like this in the front. It would better look like it is the new Malibu’s sibling.
It is a one off sema show car and only that !
