2007 Saturn Aura

It doesn’t eem to look as bad as the 1st picture that came out yesterday…
It does look really close to the concept. Except for these wheels.
The same design we’ve seen on a million cars before.
Does it cost that much money to come up with slightly original looking wheels?

Let’s hope they price this one right.
That means a bit under the Camry V6. Otherwise, it’ll be another rental special…

  1. HOPE IT DRIVES BETTER THAN THE CAMRY, IT LOOKS A LOT BETTER THOUGH HOWERVER GM WILL SURELY PUT A EL CHEAPO INTERIOR IN THIS DECENT LOOKING CAR I’M SURE!
but a nice effort from gm
    overall
    *___*

  2. True, Vince: today’s images are miles better. Still looks all the world like an Americanized Opel but at least it is not as dumpy as yesterday’s photograph.

  3. Propotions on this car are way better than a camry.. and the wheels look much more interesting than any wheels toyota has come up with!!

as for the interior; recently, GM has come up with a few good interiors, so i wouldnt lose hope on this one just yet!

  4. Yup, the wheels look straight off a Sebring.

Get a different set of wheels on that car, and it’ll look 100% better.

Interior looks fabulous. VW sensibilities with more style.

  5. From what I remebered from the concept, they completely changed the interior to have a GM feel, which is horrible. It looks like an offspring between a Sonata and and Malibu, and that is one ugly kid. They should have kept the Opel interior similar to the Sky. Good work on the Outlook though.

  6. definitely a rental, bland design. What makes this better than the competition? It barely even stacks up to it, and you know its subpar, when even the camry has a better design

  8. GM has messed up. The car looks bland and remidns me of Mercury with those wheels. What happen to the aggressive nature in the concept?

  9. Put some 5 spokes wheels on this car and it will look great.

The ones currently on the car look like they came from a sebring…

  10. Looks like the current-generation Chrysler Sebring…which, incidentally, is about to be replaced. Wheels, wheel wells, overall shape, etc…they’re all Sebring, with a bit of Buick. I can see this heading to the Avis and Enterprise lots pretty soon.
